Here I would like you to begin to think how supporting your biology through Nutrition you will support living from your essence.

First, I will cover some aspects of a healthy diet with an approach which will offer you the chance to live closer to your full potential. I believe this requires an investigation and under- standing about how our unique bodies function in relation to food and our wider environment. This involves an awareness of various health aspects of our bodies such as our diet, hydration, constitution, acid-alkali food balances, and the relationship between our constitution and the climate we live in. Finally, I will share some exercises that I use in the workshops to help us to shift from thinking about food and nature to feeling it.
